The 9 curtains of the EV400PLUS Series provide maximum detection capability throughout the protected area, including full undercrawl protection.

A range control switch (Autofocus) allows the EV400PLUS to be adapted to overcome the false alarm hazards faced in smaller rooms - cutting its susceptibility to 'hot spots' and eliminating claustrophobic effect without reducing sensitivity to real human movement.

Incorporating 4D signal processing, the EV400PLUS adds 'Moving Pole Filters' to automatically evaluate the environment and switch on additional filtering if the environment gets too noisy. For tough environments, a 'Bi-curtain' programming option is available to provide an extra level of signal processing for increased stability of operation. Simple clip-on mirror masks allow selection from 4 volumetric coverage patterns.
